Warranty and Guarantee Policy

For peace of mind, your n+ Bike comes with a 3-5 year frame warranty (dependent on frame type, listed below), and 2 year warranty on parts. Your warranty does not cover incorrect assembly or installation of parts. To find a recommended service center near you, please visit service centers, or alternatively a local reputable bike shop with the necessary technical support for your requirements.

The Warranty Period starts from the date of order.

Warranty/Guarantee Period

The Warranty/Guarantee Period listed in the above table only applies for material and processing defects that already existed on delivery where proof of purchase is provided and any guarantee period that exceeds the legal warranty period in the relevant jurisdiction is limited to the original owner and excludes additional costs of transport, duties, and assembly/disassembly. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, neglect, corrosion, damage in transit or improper assembly.

Warranty Part

All parts not specifically abovementioned are subject to wear or are consumables and are not covered by warranty including tyres, spokes, bearings, brake pads, chains, belts, sprockets, bottom brackets, painted surfaces, saddles, handlebar tape, rubber inserts, bolts, threads, sliding bearing surfaces, non-rechargeable batteries, and pedals.

Brake levers/ calipers/ cranks

Any third party components such as SRAM and Shimano are warrantied directly by those manufacturers.
